    1 med. onion, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Olive oil
    2 & 1/2 lbs. ground turkey breast
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 C old fashioned oatmeal
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 C Ketchup
    1/4 C Heinz 57 sauce
    2 T Worcestershire sauce
    2 T dried parsley flakes
    1 T garlic powder
    1 T dried oregano
    1 T ground thyme
    1/4 C grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for about 3 to 5 minutes. Mix together thoroughly with all remaining ingredients. Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray. Divide turkey mixture evenly into both pans. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Each loaf pan will produce 8 servings.
