No eggs! Great for a weekend breakfast! No eggs! Great for a weekend breakfast!
Number of Servings: 12

    220 gram whole wheat flour
    160 gram oat flakes
    20 fl oz water
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon salt
    Olive oil for frying

If wanted, one can use soy milk instead of water, or make 50/50 (More calories must be added if you use soy milk since the calories listed are based on crepes made with water)

Mix all the ingredients together, add more flour/water until medium thick consistency (not too watery and not too heavy!). Use a little bit of olive oil in the pan for frying at medium heat. You will not need to add oil for every crepes! Remember to even out the batter in the pan until the crepes is as thin as you'd like them. Wait until the batter is dry and easily comes off before turning the crepes and frying it on the other side.

Makes 8-14 crepes depending on size and thickness.

Lovely with homemade applesauce, jam or syrup.

Number of Servings: 12
