    1 cup lentils
    1 1/3 cups water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can (16 oz) pinto beans, undrained
    1 can (16 oz) black beans, undrained
    1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, undrained
    1 can (15 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
    3 tablespoons Ketchup
    5 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 bay leaf

    *You can substitute 1 cup dry beans for each can, soak overnight, prepare and then put in the crockpot to save $$$


- Boil lentils in pot w/water for 20-30 mins
- Drain water from lentils

- Put all ingredients in crock pot & cook on low for 8 hours
