Ingredients

    1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 tbsp of flour
    1 cup of flour
    2 tsp of baking powder
    1/2 tsp of salt
    2 tbsp of margarine
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
    1/2 cup of milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Grease muffin tins or line cups with paper liners

sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour over blueberries and stir to coat berries thoroughly

In a small bowl whisk together 2 cups flour baking powder and salt

In large bowl, cream margarine, and gradually mix sugar. Beat egg and stir into creamed mixture along with vanilla. Stir in milk alternately with flour mix mixing well after each addition. Fold in berries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.

Bake for 25 minutes
