    1 c Heart Smart Bisquick mix
    3 egg white
    3 T water
    1.5 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 c cut up cooked chicken
    1 can diced tomatoes w/italian herbs, drained
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    3/4 c shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese


Serves 4

Recipe originally called for 1/4 green or yellow bell peppers.

Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray loaf pan.
stir bisquick mix, egg, water & garlic powder and spread mixture in pan.
Cook onion in skillet until tender then add chicken tomatoes, and seasoning and heat until hot. Pour over batter in pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-23 min or until golden brown and loosens from sides of the pan.
