2 lbs Ground Beef - 93% Lean
4 Cups Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice
1 Can (14 oz) Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)
1 Can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 Can (14 oz) Beef Broth (lower sodium fat free)
2 Cloves Garlic - minced
2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Salt (or salt to taste)
2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Cook Rice (I use 2 bags Success Rice)
Brown Ground Beef in Large skillet (Drain)
Add Remaining Ingredients (except for rice) Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the rice and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, (or until liquid is absorbed), stir occasionally.
Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving
