Easy to prepare and tasty with chicken or fish. Easy to prepare and tasty with chicken or fish.

Ingredients

    noodles, fried onions, shredded mexican cheese, reduced fat sour cream, and medium taco sauce.

Directions

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and add taco sauce. Put in bottom of square baking dish. Layer on cheese and onions. Bake until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream. Makes 5 one-cup servings.
