Ingredients

    4-4oz salmon fillets
1 cup mandarin oranges with juice
1 cup chunked pineapple with juice
3 tbsp soy sauce (or more to taste)

Directions

Mix the oranges (with juice), pineapple (with juice) and soy sauce in a gallon sized ziplock bag. Then place thawed salmon in bag and mix well. Let marinate in refridgerator for a few hours.

You can either grill the salmon or broil in the oven. Place fish on tin foil and pour liquid and fruit over salmon. Cook until fish flakes with fork or is no longer opaque in the center- grilling time is approximately 15-20 minutes, broiling takes less than 10 minutes
