    1 pound Pork roast, boneless
    2 tablespoons ground Oregano
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1/4 black pepper, or to taste


Cover bottom of slow cooker with approx 1/4 inch of water.

Add pork roast, season with oregano, salt and pepper.

Cook on low, 6-8 hours.
