    4 servings of brown rice cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    .75 cup milk, 1/%
    Ground beef, 1 LB.
    Chinese Chow Mein Noodles, 1 cup


Cook rice, brown meat and add the remaining ingredients, but put the noodles on top of everything and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve with vegetables and salad.
