    Egg, 1 large
    Soy Milk, .5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cups, chopped
    Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 6 cloves, diced
    Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, 0.25 cup
    Feta Cheese, 1 tbsp.
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp.
    Pesto Sauce, 2 tbsp.
    Heart Smart Bisquick, 2 cups


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix Bisquick with egg and soy milk to form a firm dough.
3. Spread dough on pan or baking stone and pierce with fork.
4. Spread olive oil over dough, followed by pesto sauce.
5. Scatter veggies and garlic on pizza, then cheese.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes --- until crust is golden and cooked through.
