Ingredients

    12 oz pasta uncooked measured
    1/4 cup maragine
    1 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheese
    6 oz velveeta light diced into cubes
    1 egg
    paprika, dry mustard salt and pepper to your liking

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees

bring water to a boil and cook pasta

Mix egg. milk and seasoning together in measuring cup set aside

when pasta cooked drain

spray baking dish wtih cooking spray add butter diced on bottom of dish

add 1/2 the pasta 1/2 the shredded cheese and 1/2 the velveeta cheese pour 1/2 the egg mixture repeat pasta, shredded cheese velveeta cheese and egg mixitre bake 15 minutes remove and stire to blend place back in oven bake additional 15 minutes

remove stir again if need can cook additional 5 minutes or until light golden brown on top

serves 12 1/2 cup servings
