    1 cup low fat quark, kefir, whipped cottage cheese, or YOGURT (this recipe uses YOGURT)
    .5 cup SKIM MILK SOUREDwith 1 tsp LEMON JUICE or buttermilk (this recipe uses SOURED MILK)
    1 Tbsp organic honey
    2 Tbsp flax oil
    2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    1 unpeeled, grated apple
    1 Tbsp coarsely grated walnuts
    1 tsp cinnamon
    .5 cup blueberries, divided
    .5 cup raspberries, divided


1. In a medium bowl blend the quark, kefir, whipped cottage cheese, or YOGURT with SOURED MILK, honey, flax oil, and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. Spoon 1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed in each of two smaller cereal bowls. Do the same with the apples, ground walnuts, and berries. Divide mixture in first bowl evenly between the two smallelr bowls.

    This was VERY good. I used a combo of non-fat Greek yogurt and non-fat Cottage Cheese. I would definitely make again. - 7/21/09
