    1/4 cup Mayonnaise*
    1/4 cup refrigerated Pesto Sauce
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    1 cup sliced Mushrooms
    1 cup shredded Carrots
    1 cup sliced Radishes
    1 cup Broccoli florets
    1 cup bell pepper strips
    1 cup red onion strips
    Romaine Lettuce, 6 inner leafs

    *You may use reduced fat or fat free mayo to reduce calories and fat


1. Combine mayonnaise, pesto and vinegar in a large bowl; stir until well blended.

2. Add vegetables, toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes. Arrange lettuce leaves on salad plate and top with vegetable mixture.

Makes (6) 1 cup servings.
