    4 chicken breast halves
    1/2 cup milk
    1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
    1/3 cup light parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp dry parsley
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Place chicken in medium bowl, cover with milk, let soak for 5 minutes. Turn over and let soak for 10 minutes longer. Drain chicken, do not save milk.
3. Stir bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, and pepper together in a medium bowl.
4. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray.
5. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place chicken pieces into pan.
6. Bake about 45 minutes or until chicken is well cooked. Serve with any side dish.
