    3 1/2 Lb lean ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    2 28 oz can diced tomatos
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1/3 C tomato paste
    1 1/2 C Water
    4 t Worchestershire Sauce
    1/4 C chili powder
    2 T salt
    2 t garlic powder
    1 t hot pepper sauce
    3 15 oz cans of kidney beans, rinsed and drained


Cook beef in large pot over medium heat until brown (about 10 minutes). Drain fat transfer to 4 qt or larger slow cooker.

In same pot, cook onion and celery until soft (5-8 minutes) Tranfer to slow cooker.

Add remaining ingredients, except beans, to cooker. Stir to combine.

Cover cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours. Stir in beans and cook 1 more hour, or until heated through.

Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
