Ingredients

    2 cups of grated carrots
    1 cup of raisins
    1/2 cup of non-fat plain yogurt
    1 1/2 tbsp of honey
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp of ground cinnamon


Directions

Grate carrots in a large bowl and add raisins
mix all other ingredients in a small bowl
pour dressing over carrots and toss.
