Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground tukey breast
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp cayenne powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp coriander
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp basil
    1 tsp chili powder
    3 Tbl tomato paste
    1/2 cup chicken broth (sodium free)

Directions

1. Combine turkey and dry spices isn large bowl.
Mix together well.

2. Stir in tomato paste and chicken broth, let
stand for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Form into 16 patties approx 3/4 inch thick.

4. Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium
heat, 7-8 minutes on each side, or until
thoroughly cooked.
