    6 T ground flax seeds
    2 c soy or rice milk
    2 T ground almonds
    1 banana
    1 T agave nectar
    1/4 c orange juice
    1 apple, grated


Bring milk to a boil. Add flax seed, whisk and remove from heat. let cool. mix remaining ingredients into the pudding and spoon into dishes.
