    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    2 eggs
    1 Cup (or less) of Oats (oat flour mixed in with whole oats)
    .5 Cups red or green peppers
    .5 Onion
    3 Tbls Barbecue Sauce


Combine Meat, Eggs, Barbecue sauce. Mix well using your hands. Add onions, peppers and mix in. Slowly add oats to thicken loaf. Careful not to add to much. If that happens add more egg and barbecue sauce.
Bake until thoroughly cooked usually about 45 minutes at 350 degree F. Keep an eye on it as it is extra lean and cooks faster and will dry.
