    5 cups kidney beans after being soaked over night
    2 chicken sausage links
    1 Green pepper
    .5 C Onions
    1 t cumin
    1 t chili powder
    1 C chicken broth
    1 15 oz canned diced tomatoes
    1 t salt
    1 t pepper


Soak Beans overnight. Place all ingredients into crock pot and cook for 6 - 8 hrs.
The beans get softer and, in my opinion better, if left to cook for at least the 8 hrs.
