    * Budget Pasta Macaroni Elbows 360 gram
    * Delmaine Butter Beans, 1 drained can, 240 gram
    * Budget whole peeled tomatoes in juice, 400 gram(s)
    * Leggo's tomato puree, 100 gram(s) (remo
    * Onions, raw, 1 large
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 190 grams
    * Zucchini, 190 grams
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 130 grams
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Black Olives, 40 grams
    * Red Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    * Fresh chopped basil, oregano or rosemary, to serve (optional)


Dice onion. Fry using oil spray until it starts to soften. Add crushed garlic and continue cooking. Once onion is mostly soft, add remaining fresh vegetables (diced or chopped chunky - up to you), for 5 minutes. Add the olives and cook another 3 minutes. Add the red wine, increase the heat and cook down. Add tomato paste and tin of tomatoes, simmer until the sauce is the consistency you like. Meanwhile, cook pasta. 5 minutes before pasta is ready to serve, stir the butter beans into the sauce gently.
When pasta is done, toss pasta and sauce together - serve with fresh chopped oregano, basil or rosemary tossed through or sprinkled on the top (if you have any - I didn't)..
