Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground beef
    2 slices of weight watchers wheat bread
    88 grams of green pepper chopped
    46 grams of chopped onion
    6 olives stuffed olives chopped
    4 tbsp. catsup
    1 tbs. mustard
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    1 can 10 3/4 oz. mushroom soup
    1 can 10 3/4 oz. red wine

Directions

On large bowl mix all ingredients but soup and wine.
Place mixture into a 13x9' baking dish. (shape into meat loaf)

Mix soup and wine together to make a sauce. Pour all over meat loaf. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375, remove foil and bake another 15 minutes. Makes 8 - 4 oz. servings.
Serve with white rice.

    this Was a waste of ground beef, wine and cream of mushroom soup. Not good at all. If you are looking for a meatloaf recipe find another, this one isn't worth your time. - 8/21/11
