    8 oz. whipped cream cheese
    3 tbsp. Splenda
    2 tbsp. of caramel or vanilla sugar-free syrup
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


In a bowl, beat cream cheese, Splenda, and syrup until creamy. Add pumpkin, spices, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with sliced apples!
