    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can refried benas
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    5 cups salsa
    10 Santa Fe Co Whole grain tortillas
    4 tsp taco seasoning


1 Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brown ground beef add taco seasoning and a little water when beef is fully cooked.

2) To assemble burrittos, take about 2 TBS of refried beans and spread it on a tortilla, top with 3 TBS or so of meat and a little sprinkle of cheese (make sure to reserve plenty of cheese to sprinkle on the burritios after the are assembled). Fold on end in and then roll the tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortilla making 10 burrittos.

3) Place burrittos as they are assembled, seam side down in a glass baking dish (I usually need to use 2 to fit all the burritos). Top evenly with the salsa and remaining shredded cheese.
