    .5 C plain yogurt
    .5 C nonfat milk
    .5 med. banana
    1 tbs. peanut butter
    1 tbs. ground flaxseed
    2 tbs. rounded, brown rice protein powder
    1 tbs. aloe vera juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
