    * *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    * *Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)
    * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/3 cup


Let all liquid ingredients stand for 15 minutes with the All Bran. Add the one cup of self-rising flour, cinnamon, and Splenda. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 until muffins are done.
