Ingredients

    1 slice Mountain Bread
    1 whole egg
    1 egg white

Directions

1. Heat oven to 200C.

2. Beat together egg and egg white until frothy. Cook over heat stirring continuously until scrambled.

3. Place egg mixture along the length of the Mountain Bread slice and roll like a sausage roll.

4. Place on baking tray - cook for 5 minutes.
