Ingredients

    1 can Garbanzo Chickpea Beans (SW 50% less salt, 15.5 oz/can)
    4 oz Roasted Sweet Peppers (Dunbar's)
    3 Tbsp Lemon juice
    1.5 Tbsp Sesame Tahini (Arrowhead Mills Organic)
    1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
    1 Tbsp Hot Curry Paste (Patak's)
    1/2 Tsp Cumin seed, ground (optional, to taste)
    1 Tsp Turmeric, ground
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt, fine

Directions

Makes 24 Tbsp or 1 1/2 cups (1 tbsp = 26 cals)

Toss everything in a food processor or blender or mash by hand until thick and fairly smooth but still a little grainy for texture :)

(to substitue your own roasted red pepper, which you can grill or broil until blackened. run under cool water and gently rub off blackened areas :)
