    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Maple Syrup, .75 cup (remove)
    Sunsweet Baking Prunes, 4 serving (remove)
    Yogurt, Nancy's Nonfat, Plain, 226 gram(s) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Irish Oatmeal (McCann's), 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1.0 cup (remove)


Preheat oven to 400. Butter grease standard muffin tinds. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Set Aside. In a medium bowl, beat sunsweet prunes and maple sryup until well mixed. Beat in sour cream and egg. Stir in nuts. Add the combined dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Spoon into prepared muffin tins. Bake 15-18 minutes. Cool in tins for 5 minutes, then remove.
