    Leeks, 6 leek
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    *Potato, raw, 7 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk, 1%, 2 cup


Wash & chop the white part of the leeks and the onion. Saute in butter for three minutes. Add peeled and thinly sliced potatoes and chicken broth. Simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. Puree the soup in a blender until smooth and return to pot. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste and serve hot or cold.
