    6oz. wide egg noodles, uncooked
    1 c. light mayo
    1c. lowfat sour cream
    .5 c. shredded parmesan
    .5 c. milk, 1%
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    .5 tsp dried dill
    .5 tsp celery seed
    12 oz. canned tuna in water
    1 can peas
    .5 c. red pepper
    .5 c. scallions


Preheat oven to 350. Butter 2 qt. casserole dish. Cook noodles til barely al dente, drain. Combine mayo, sour cream, milk, cheese, mustard and seasonings. Add hot noodles and veggies, stirring gently with a spatula to combine. Pour into casserole dish, cover with foil, and bake 40-45 minutes til bubbly, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes of cooking to get top crispy.
