    4 Lamb Shanks
    1 Tin Condensed Mushroom soup
    1 Pkt Low Salt French Onion soup
    1 lrg Onion, sliced
    1 500g pkt frozen Baby Carrots, pre-cooked
    1 400g pkt ready to cook Baby Potatoes, pre-cooked
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/2 cup Water


Place onion slices in bottom of slow cooker, add the lamb shanks.
Mix together all other ingredients, except the potatoes and carrots and pour over lamb shanks.
Cook for @ 4 1/2 hours on high. Take out shanks, add carrots and potatoes. Place the shanks back on top and cook for a further 1/2 hour.
