Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced, skins and seeds removed
    Onions, raw, 2.5 cup, chopped
    Green, Yellow or Red Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 6 pepper (HOT - 10 peppers)
    Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    Cumin, ground, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Canning Salt, 1/8 cup
    Cilantro, dried, 1/4 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized pint canning jars. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.

Makes 6+ pints - 2 TBSP per serving
