Number of Servings: 6


    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup chopped
    starkist chunk light Tuna in water (6 oz), Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 cup, chopped
    Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 3 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, .33 cup (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp


Chop garbanzo beans, onion, cucumber and hard boiled eggs is food processer. (I chop them separately so it doesn't turn to mush, and I can control the consistency better.) Place into bowl. Add tuna. Mix mayo, lemon juice and dill in food processor until creamy. Pour over tuna/garbanzo mixture. Mix well, and refrigerate or serve immediately.

Makes about six 1/4 cup servings.
