Ingredients

    1 lb of extra lean ground turkey
    2 cups of uncooked brown rice
    1 can of 93% fat free tomato soup
    1 can of unsalted mushroom pieces
    Garlic Power, Garlic Pepper, Onion Powder, and other seasonings to taste!

Directions

Cook the 2 cups of rice.
Brown the ground turkey.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Microwave on high for 15 minutes.
