600 grams of cooked pork tenderloin, cut up into large chunks
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3 tsp margarine
    1/4 cup vinegar
    3 tbsp light soy sauce
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed or pineaplle tidbits
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Melt margarine in a pan. Saute the garlic and onion until onions are transparent.
In a measuring cup, measure the vinegar, add the soy sauce, then add enough pineapple juice to make up 1 cup. Pour into pan. Heat through. Add sugar. Cook until the sugar has dissolved. In a small dish blend the cornstarch with a little cold water, then add to pan. Cook until thickened.
Add pork and pineapple, cook until heated through.
