Ingredients

    2 cups mashed bananas, overly ripe
    1 3/4c flour
    2/3 c sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 c butter, softened
    2 tbsp milk
    2 eggs

Directions

In a large bowl, mix 1 c flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add mashed bananas, butter, and milk. Beat with mixer on low until blended. Add eggs and remaining flour. Mix until blended. Pour batter into greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for appx 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and serve. Makes appx 12 pieces.
