    Ronzoni Whole Wheat Blend Penne Pasta, 13.25 oz
    6 Red Ripe Tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces, discard the seeds
    Pink Salmon, 3 fillet
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz, diced


Cook the pasta until tender.

Meanwhile bake the salmon in a pan with the Olive Oil until done, take out and pull into bite size pieces. In the pan fry tomatoes to warm through, add the Mozzarella at the end for about two minutes.

After draining the pasta put everything together and season to taste.
