This is a great salad for those who don't like lettuce. It can be one big salad for a full meal or 4-6 smaller ones for a starter dish.
I have put in parentheses the exact amount in grams that i used and remember...30 grams equals 1 ounce.

Ingredients

    # Carrots, raw, 1(100 grams) cup, chopped
    # Zucchini, 1 cup(138 grams), sliced
    # Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup(112), pieces or slices
    # *Edamame, shelled, fresh, 0.5 cup
    # Onions, raw, .25 cup(22 grams), chopped
    # Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup(24 grams), chopped
    # Dill Pickles, 1 medium (3-3/4" long) (52 grams)
    # Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 3 tbsp

Directions

Slice all and put into large bowl. Add salad dressing and toss well.
