    1 head head lettuce
    3 black olives sliced
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges
    1 tbsp pine nuts
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


1.Chop the lettuce into bite size pieces.
2.Mix together the oil, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, and pepper.
3.Pour over lettuce and top with oranges, olives and pine nuts.
