Ingredients

    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ocean Spray fresh Cranberries, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    Oranges, 2 large (3-1/16" dia) (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in orange juice from the oranges, oil, orange peel and egg. Mixuntil well blended. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread evenly in loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Slice into 12 pieces and enjoy.
