Ingredients

    Two 15-0z Cans Organic Black Beans (do not drain)
    One 16-0z jar salsa
    1 T. ground cumin
    1 T. minced garlic
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 T. instant beef bouillon granules

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Place in slow cooker on high for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally
3. Serve in individual bowls with a dollop of sour cream (optional)
