Ingredients

*Morningstar Farms Grillers Original, 55 grams
Onions, raw, 41 grams (remove)
Red Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 57 grams (remove)
Deluxe Stir fry, GV, 1 serving (remove)
Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 85 grams (remove)
Ranch Seasoning, 2 Tbsp
1/4 pack mild chili seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
garlic, 4 cloves
1 cup of liquid from beans
Chili beans, 4 oz
1 tsp Gumbo fiile' or Cajun seasoningCanned pumpkin, 4 oz.
Directions
Spray a medium size boiler w/ cooking spray. Sauté' meat substitute, onion, red onion, & garlic. Add 1 cup liquid stir. Add dry seasonings, then everything else. Cover & let simmer for 1 hour.
If desired serve over brown rice, & garnish with ff cheese, & ff sour cream.
