    1 lb Tilapa
    1/3 c Flour
    1/4 tsp Onion powder
    1/8 TSP Salt
    1/8 Tsp Pepper
    2 Tbsp Butter Melted
    2tbsp Parmesan Cheese


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. In a Shallow bowl combine the flour, onion Powder, Salt, Pepper. Dredge fish fillets in mixture. Place fish in Greased baking dish. Drizzle with butter and teh sprinkle parmesan over Fish. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until fish is flaky with a fork
