Ingredients

    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp ground allspice
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 cup canned pimientos, drained
    2 tbs lemon juice

Directions

Makes 4 Servings

Combine the oil, oregano, allspice, cumin, cloves and garlic in a larg bowl. Add the chicken breasts and coat with the oil and spike mixture. Cook on a preheated grill over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Remove from the girll and keep warm.

Meanwhile, combine the pimientos and lemon juice in a food processor for 30 - 45 seconds or until smooth.

Poor pimiento sauce over chicken and a side of vegetables.
