Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream 8 oz
    *Minute Rice, prepared, 2 cup
    Corn Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 pkt

Directions

brown meat peppers and onions. then add taco seasoning as directed. once the meat is done mix in 1 cup cheese, tomatoes, rice, and sr cream. layer bottom of casserole dish with 8 corn tortillas then spread mixture on top. sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top. cover with foil and bake on 350 30 mins or till cheese is melted and bubbly.
