Ingredients

2 Large Hard Boiled Eggs (cut 'em up how you like 'em)
Two slices of Turkey bacon (cut up like bacon bits or a little bigger)
About a quarter of a chopped up onion. You may want to saute it a bit before you mix it in.
plain yogurt
salt
Pepper
garlic
season to taste
Directions
Mix in your boiled eggs, cut up turkey bacon, cut up onions (sauted or raw) a table spoon or two of plain yogurt, salt, pepper, maybe garlic, or any seasons to taste.
Refrigerate it for a quick breakfast the next morning. I'm thinking of melting cheese on the top. Just a pinch.
