Introduction

5 minutes to prepare and in 5 minutes it's GONE!!!
Stove top adds the right amount of seasoning and bread to give it lots of flavor with out overpowering. And it makes measuring a snap!

Stove top adds the right amount of seasoning and bread to give it lots of flavor with out overpowering. And it makes measuring a snap!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 lb lean ground turkey (thawed completely)
    1-2 cups Stove Top stuffing (from the cannister is best)
    8-10 baby carrots FINELY chopped
    1/4 cup Papetti Egg Whites (or 3 egg whites)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
spray loaf pan with cooking spray (butter flavor adds a nice flavor, too)
bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes until internal temp reaches 165. (Go set the table, prepare a side dish or two, get homework done, or just veg out.)
Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy!

Serves 4.
