Ingredients

    2 tbsp best quality olive oil
    .75 lbs wild or commerciallly available mushrooms: morals, oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, enokitake, shiitake, honey, button, portobello mushrooms.
    .25 cups green onions
    sea salt

Directions

1. Clean mushrooms with damp cloth, mushroom brush or towel. It is best not to immerse mushrooms in water as the absorb water and quickly become mushy. If your mushrooms are large, slice them so all mushroom pieves are roughly uniform.
3. Place olive oil in a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add mushroom and green onions and saute for a few minutes untiltender. Toss with sea salt and pepper and serve immediatly.
